I bought a dv2000 in April and lately its fn key has started to jam, for no apparent reason, and so in order to use the right hand side of the keyboard I have to type with the fn key constantly depressed.
Does anyone have experience with this problem or know if there is a way to reset this key if it gets stuck? Obviously simply pressing the key does not work.

I have had my dv2000 for almost a year now had a few problems but i think thats to do with vista.
I have recently been having the same problem with the fn key being locked.
Its not that its actually pressed down and that i need a new keyboard it is locked.
For example if i press the letter o the number 6 comes up and in order for the o to come up i need to hold the fn key down whilst pressing o.
This only happens sometimes, generally when i have had turned the laptop on after being on hibernate mode.
Please help -
