Hi i want to help some guy in a forum, but i don't know about this laptop.
    This is what he posted.

sooo i was deleting a buncha old and useless programs to free up some disk space on my computer. i only deleted stuff i knew i could delete (games, useless media players, etc etc) and now for some reason i have absolutely no sound. ive turned up the volume all the way, made sure everything was unmuted, and i don't have the little speaker deal that is normally in the tray. windows media player doesnt even work (for audio). what do i do?.
