    Not all batteries begining with those serial numbers are being recalled. Mine even though begins with a GC is not part of the recall(atleast according to their online validation tool).

    no one answered at customer support and the site for the battery replacement is down, lol-

    so is it only those above models that are effected by this problem because i do i have a l1 next to my bar code
