My brother has a V2000z. On monday, it suddenly refused to turn on. We emailed them that day, and got a response about an hour later. On Wednesday, we received a box to ship the V2000z to Tennesee, via overnight FedEx. An email stated that he'd get it back on 7/11. To our suprise, on Friday (today), a box came from FedEx. Inside was his repaired V2000z, and a note saying it was a busted processor.
I am impressed. Not even a week passsed ever since we contacted HP, and we received a repaired laptop.
