i had a problem with the battery so i started a chat session with a technician. he collected all my info and i told them to call on tuesday 10am to 11am pacific time to collect my credit card information. the battery problem seems to have disappeared by itself and all is fine, however, i was still expecting them to call back so i can tell them that service is not needed anymore. they never called back. is this normal from them. i am just worried that in the future this might happen again where i really do need service.

They usually take longer than when they say they'll call. It really depends. Usually it's based on convenience for them, not the customer.
