Are you satisfied with HP (support, products, reliability)?

I haven't gotten my laptop yet, but I have purchased 2 desktops, 2 cameras, and 3 printers from HP.
I never had a second's trouble from my desktops, aside from that Windows ME OS. I sold the 3 year old one when I bought my Dell desktop, and kept my 7 year old HP Desktop, which I like better then my Dell. I sold the newer HP because people aren't interested in 7 year old computers.
I still have both cameras, and they both still work, but I have upgraded to a Fuji DSLR. They are quick point and shoots and my kids use and love them.
I have had 3 printers, and the only time I had to contact CS was for 2 of these. In both cases they were issues with the ink cartridges, and in both cases (since all I use are HP branded inks) they sent me ink, and paper. They were courteous, professional, and helpful. Granted it did take a bit of time to get on the line with a tech, but not so long that I was angry when they got on the line. I'd call it an acceptable amount of time, even considering I am a pretty impatient person.
After my experiance with my Dell at home, and my Dells at work (build quality and customer service, in one case they didn't honor the 3 year warranty I paid for) I decided to buy an HP Laptop (in my sig), rather then the Dell I had origionally considered.
Oh yeah, HP contacted me and told me there were production delays with my rig (5 days). They also included a $50 coupon to use at their store. They contacted me and sent me the coupon. I'd say that is decent CS. With my Dell here at the house they didn't contact me (it was a 6 day delay) and didn't do anything to compensate for it when I called them. -
i have just bought dv6291ea and i'm loving it.

I got the Pavilion dv2000 and its good stuff man. Its working fine for me.
Only thing that goes wrong is the wireless adaptor at times it just doesn't connect to my router. But whether that is my router or the wireless adaptor im not 100% sure.
Other than that, its ace. i love the quickplay buttons at the top.
Also used to use a camera and printer from HP the camera was good stuff, but i have a better one now and i still use the printer and it has never failed me.
Haven't needed to contact HP for any reason yet so i couldn't comment of the service. -
Brought the dv5139us. One problem with the Hard drive, but got it replaced with minor problems. After replacing the Hard drive, and doing a clean install with the recovery dics they gave me (no bloatware) the notebook runs flawlessely!
