read a review commenting on how the colors seemed a bit washed out. can anyone comment on this?

i recently bought a dv5000t, and want to know if the screen is that bad. there's also another thread here remarking how vivid the colors are. so, any additional input would be appreciated.

    thanks!

    You decide.
If you don't like it it's bad.
If you like it it's good.

I went to my local CompUsa and Circuit City to see and play with the DV5000T models before purchasing and I thought the screen was one of the better ones compared to the Acer, Toshiba, Gateway, etc models. In fact the screen and keyboard were very impressive which is what solidified my decision to purchase the DV5190.

Unless you're viewing it at a really odd angle it should be better than good. Colors are great and DVD's look amazing.
