Sorry to see that's you're having a hard time with HP's support. I've had my share as well, and not all good. They just need to go through the steps since you want to send your unit in for service. They need to document that they went through to localize the problem. This was only one person you spoke to, imaging calling back a few times and getting different people everytime for the same problem. Going through the exact same steps even though I've already done so the day before with a different tech. Sheesh!
But, to answer your question. What version of Direct X are you using? LOL, just kidding. []
I'm not sure how it is in Brazil, but here in Canada, I can just drop it off to a local HP authorized repair facility and get it back within 3-5 business days (of course depending if the parts are on backorder or not). I've heard of problems with people shipping, via courier, direct to the manufacturer and it taking a couple weeks to get back. I'd recommend dropping off the unit to a local HP authorized repair facility (check HP's site for a list in your area).

Well, it's completely up to you on what you want to do. You said that you need fast, but if you're going to be coming to Canada at the end of June, you're still gonna have to wait approx 3-5 business days to get it repaired. Well, that's approx 2 weeks + another business week for the repairs, so that's 3 weeks in total. If you ship the unit to HP, it'll probably take a couple weeks, so that might be the faster route.
