    HP total care advisor problem

    I have an HP 6062ea laptop tried running the total care advisor to check for updates however when I select PC action center I get an error 'object not set to an instance of an object' and another window:- (attached capture) . Any ideas please?

    Try downloading the latest one from the HP drivers & support website

    If not, try re-installing it from your SWsetup folder.
