    how do you use the camera for taking still pictures on the HP tx1000z tablet.

    Well one way is to use quick play. You can hit the quick play button, and I believe you hit the button with the movie and music when you're at the quick play menu (it's not mine, it's my sisters so I don't remember too well). You select webcam from the left side and then you hit the camera button.

    Quickplay is the only thing I have used for that. It works fine.
