I think SWSetup is just drivers and some apps. If anywhere it would be in the root of the windows folder but only on the brand new pavilions!

When I was looking at nearby retailers that were selling the dv5 and dv7 series, I noticed that there are other HP wallpapers included, called "Reflection" and "Skyline" (correct me if I'm wrong). Anyone has these wallpapers? You can probably find them in the C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper directory.

 

I only have Rave Splash Radiance and Clouds. That cubed one is nice but it's too small. I'd need it at 1440x900. I suppose I could upsize it but it'd lose a bit of sharpness.

 

I'm hoping someone here can help out w/ another wallpaper...

On another note, I previously asked if anyone had the dv5 and dv7 wallpapers called "Reflection" and "Skyline". Luckily, I had a friend who owned a dv5t, and with his permission, I was able to obtain these new wallpapers. I have uploaded ALL of the dv4, dv5, and dv7 series wallpapers to my Google Page so that you can all enjoy.

Any update on the wallpaper on the dv6700t from the link i posted earlier? I thought maybe it was from the Sample pics folder but it wasnt

 

As I said Tony, I think its a dreamscene background not a normal wallpaper.

Maybe I'm being dumb, but how do I find your Google Page?

 

What I did was I uploaded the wallpapers to my Google Page storage space, you do not need to actually access my web page. All you have to do is click on the links to the wallpapers and you can save them to your computer (by right-clicking, save target, etc.). Once they are saved, you can use Windows to apply them as a desktop background if you wish.
