    Could somebody help me with this return from the HP warranty lookup:

    Product number RL922AV
    Product line Mobile Computing pro
    Product description BU IDS 8710w

    What means "BU IDS 8710w"? I expexted something like "C8710wTT7700K7X12GIBNF20Qf" for "Product description".

    BU = Business
    IDS = The production unit
    The model you have is a CTO (Configure To Order) unit. Only preconfigured units have the "C8710wTT7700K7X12GIBNF20Qf" designation as those represent the specifications.
