HP website not letting me order

Is anyone else having this problem? Half the links on the hpshopping website are broken and whenever I try to add an item to my cart it says "There are no items in your shopping cart." Tried contacting a live chat representative but they just referred me to the customer support #.

Really frustrating, and I don't want to order a laptop by phone because I"m trying to get the bing cashback.

edit: i think they may be updating the website, their page for the dm3t is completely nonexistent now.

 

try using another browser.

 

yeah i ran into the same issue with IE8

the site is down. tried testing it on various website speed test sites and none of them are getting anything.

edit: ok...site is back up. still can't add items to my cart, with IE or Firefox. Can't believe my first foray into HP laptops is ending because I can't even buy the damn thing.

 

Not a very reassuring example of confidence is it? The should at least put up an apology?

On the other hand B&H goes down quite often when they're busy and they're consistently one of the best online store available.

 

Works for me, try updating your java. Their merchant system might be using javascript.

 

I only had problems with ordering the dm3t. All the other models seemed to be fine. *shrug*
