    HP website problem?

    im having a few problems
    one with the hp webiste
    if i try and download the touch controls driver (for my dv5)
    it comes up with this.

    also, my touch controls are ALSO bugging out, and i was told to download the driver update(or not update whatever.) what do i do if i cant download the driver from that list of stuff?

    and now this woman is trying to get me to reinstall my o/s, therefore deleting 12 gigs of music and 4 gigs of pictures?!
    i know it wont solve the touch problem, its happening to everyone its a software issue not an incompatability or hardware problem.

    When you mean the touch controls driver, do you mean the buttons above the keyboard? If that's what you are referring to, the drivers that you need are included in HP's Quick Launch Buttons software. The link to the Quick Launch Buttons download page is located below.

    The screenshot you included is a picture of HP's FTP portal. This portal is the place where HP keeps all of its driver and setup packages for all of its products...this is not actually HP's website.
