I just have to vent after my experience with HP Customer service ---- they BLOW !! I have been waiting on a replacement docking station xb3000 since Nov 20th. My first one keeps losing connections with the USB ports. Each time the shipment was/ (is still) delayed I had the pleasure of speaking with someone I could hardly understand ------ and my god don’t even try to complain !!!!! I have talked with 10 ppl. over the course of 2 hours just to be passed on to someone else. Again HP’s customer service BLOWS and I will never purchase another product from them again.-------

I''ve had similar experience with HP regarding an HP8450 back when Vista shipped. I got passed around from department to department with none of them speaking decent english and getting hung up on when they couldn't answer, they would say hold on a sec then click, ops, disconnected. Comcrap likes to hangup when faced with difficult questions as well.

Good luck with the other companies, some of them use call centers in the Phillipines and they have a who new level of bad english.

Good Quality. Good Price. Good Service.

In today's market, one's good, one's ok, and one's bad.
