    Hi,

    I just bought one HP Compaq NC6220 with Win XP, the problem is tha " Fn Blue " key does not work, I press because want give more contrast at LCD and deos not work, How can do ?

    It is the Combination " Fn Key + other " does not work,

    Have you tried using the other Fn functions to see if they work (Such as num lock [Fn+end])?

    The brightness controls are known to fail with HP notebooks. Reinstalling the HP QuickLauch Buttons software usually fixes this. The Logitech SetPoint software is known to prevent the brightness controls from working, also.

    I'm not sure if the nc6220 has an ambient light sensor (Fn+f11), but try Fn+f11 (if it's marked), then try adjusting the brightness. The Ambient Light Sensor on HP notebooks is known to make the brightness controls less effective (and make the screen too dim, also).
