This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    HP4200 note pad problem...Help

    After I de install norton viruse program when boot up was complete I had no
    desk top info. I.e. Start , bottom tool bar that has start up programs,no Icons on desk top ....just the back ground wall paper. Anyone have this problem??

    Start task manager and tell is to start windows explorer.
