    HP8510p + Wireless problem + Windows 7

    Ok so i just installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my lappy , i have a couple things that can't find the driver .. but my main problem is the wireless , it's installed and windows see it , but can't see any network , because it says it's turn off .. ???

    When i press the Wireless button on the notebook it doesn't come on ..

    Any idea ?

    Maybe one of the unknown devices is the wireless button itself, thus it doesn't do anything yet.

    In the Device Manager, look for the VEN_xxx and DEV_xxx of the unknown devices. Those will tell you what devices they really are and then you can get the correct drivers. Vista drivers will work just fine, if Win7 driver isn't yet available.

    Try this:
    1. Go to Network and Sharing Center
    2. Click on Change adapter settings (on the left side)
    3. Right click on your Wireless Network Connection and click Enable

    Does it work now?
