    Dear All,

I'd like to ask some help about fingerprint reader.

I recently did a clean install of Vista, all is well until I tried making the
Fingerprint Reader work. I installed the Digitalpersona and the driver for
it, however, when I tried to enroll, it gives me a message that says "Fingerprint reader not connected."

    Photos are as follows,

Here's the photo when I'm trying to enroll my fingerprint.
