    HPdv6426us media player streaming problem

    i have a HPdv6426us notebook with vista (loaded xp but still had problems so reloaded vista) and streaming video from nbc.com is choppy. I found another thread in this forum that starts a discussion similar to this problem. however, it's closed now. Does anyone else get choppy video when watching video from nbc.com?

    if so, any solutions? yes, i tried video driver updates and tried lowering power settings but did not work.

    video from yahoo movies is also pretty bad. videos from cw, cbs, kidstv, fox abc, and others are fine. so i don't think it's the connection.
