    Hard Disk (3F0) and 0xc000000f

    I am using hp laptop. it started giving error
    "Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk (3F0)"
    some one from HP that hard drive has corrupted. So, I have taken out the hard diskand made it a USB.it is working properly as a USB. what I did is I have formatted the C derive , so that i can install new windows
    for that i have created a boot able USB.
    but now i am getting the new error message
    the error message is 0xc000000f
    Please help me what to do.
