    does anyone know what the hard drive speed (rpms) is on the stock 80gb hard drive that comes with this notebook? i'm just wondering so i know what to list it as on ebay when i sell it after i get my 7200rpm travelstar... thanks in advance

    I'm sure it's 4200 RPM, but to check you can go into device manager and get the info on your HDD. If you can't tell the speed from it's name, copy and paste it into google and see what you can find.
