This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I've an hp 550 notebook with intel core duo T5470 processor, but without the vt-x enabled.

    Can anybody tell me if i can upgrade the cpu, and with which one, so which series:
    intel core duo T5600 or better...

    but that support Virtualization Technology.
