    Hello, I had purchased a Hp laptop dv2000 at best buy about five months ago. The seller that sold me the laptop states that once I send in the rebate and the request for windows vista upgrade. It has been five months since I have bought the cd and a couple of months now since vista has come out. Does anyone have this problem as well or did you received it already? Who do I need to get in touch with to sort out this problem?

    I would think customer service/support would be the right person to call. If anything they should be able to direct you the right way.

    Isnt there a page on HP.com where you could review the status of the Vista upgrade order? Try that as well.
