    Hi,
I just recently got a HP Pavilion dv6233se w/ Vista Home Basic, it works fine and all except for the built-in webcam! I have looked and look for a program to open it and the only thing that i keep finding is HP Pavilion Webcam folder and inside theres just uninstall!!! I was looking at some question that there is on here about people having troble with theres and when i saw about Quickplay, I went to go try it out, when i got in quickplay and click on Music Video Picture I see HP Webcam double-clicked on it tried to record or take a snapshot nothing is happening!!

Is there any thing else i can do???
I would really like to have you'r help or advice
    Thank you

HP site has an article on how to test your webcam's function. It will not activate by itself like the XP version rather than in use with other programs.
