    Hdx16: Bass/treble Pop-up Problem

    All of a sudden I find that the Bass/Treble pop-up screen pops up, and while it is active I lose all mouse & keyboard activity. This lasts for a few seconds and then disappears. This has nothing to do with accidentally activating the controls via the Media Smart bar on the top of the keyboard, because it happens even when all hands are off of the keyboard & mouse. It seems to be getting worse as time goes on.

    Can any one help? Will completely removing Media Smart help? I am even willing to do that if I have to.

    It's not a problem with Media Smart, as I've already removed that and I'm having the same problem. :-/

    Is there any way to turn off the media smart hardware bar that sit above the keyboard?
