Is there any way to download detailed schematics of your Compaq laptop?

I want to see how to remove the CPU/Heatsink fan.

I was thinking of using artic silver, and making sure it is attached properly.

I work with Dell’s for a living. And have seen so many desktops/laptops with semi attached heatsinks. I guess just luck of the draw due to automation.

    Nevermind - I found one

There is no way I am digging that deep into my laptop.
