I just bought an HP tablet, the TX2510US. I love it, other than it blue screens randomly. I've checked HP Update and update.microsoft.com, and it's completely up-to-date with software and drivers.

If anyone can please help me with this, I'd be so grateful. I've uploaded the Minidump files at:

I have until Thursday night at 9PM Pacific time to return it, as it's still in its store refund period. However if I can fix a problem driver or something relatively simple I'd much rather do that. Thanks!!!!

Each dump file should be 135 KB in size. I've also saved a screenshot of the UI message that pops up after the machine boots, but it seems fairly generic. The sysdata file (which seems to have a pretty complete system snapshot) is at:

    Thanks,

Burn and boot MemTest86+ and let it run for an hour or until it flags errors. If it finds errors test the SODIMMs individually. If not, it's more likely to be a software problem but could still be hardware. Random BSODs often indicate bad memory.

Personally I would try and uninstall and reinstall all drivers. Or even reformat.

Also, more information that may be relevant -

I trimmed the running services, so as to make the laptop run faster. However, 2 of the BSODs were before I did that.

    *shrug*

I'll test the memory with the boot utility. Thanks!
