    Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with the Envy where I cannot move the mouse all of the sudden.

It happens every now and then randomly; soon after load up or after extended use.

It may be unrelated but I also noticed that processes seem to load up slower and sometimes the computer freezes between processes when it never did before.

I got the Envy back in July or August. It's an i5 450 with the radiance screen and I know of this issue with the radiance screen being discontinued (again) So I'd rather not as for a replacement if I cannot get the radiance screen.

Is this a serious problem? Quick search on Google tells me that it may be a hard drive failure if the whole system freezes but as you can tell I have no clue.

    Thank you very much.
