    Help! ZX5000 benchmark scores

    3d mark 01 is 8442

    aquamark 3 is 19,739

    These are low compared to both Quickster's and Andrew's and I have a similar laptop to both of them.

    2.8 ghz
    40 gb
    128 MB ATI 9600
    512 ddr

    Is there anything that I can do to increase the scores to where they should be? Please help. Thank you very much.

    Billy im having similar problems my 3dmark01 score is Also low im scoreing about 8900 With these specs

    Zx5280

    3.2 Ghz
    1GB Ram
    WinXPhome
    128MB 9600
    80GB HD

    probably related to the fact that the video cards are underclocked compared to what the 8600 ships with. The Pro Turbo has a higher clock and memory speed.

    try overclocking the video card, and see if the 3dmark scores will match up better.

    Where do you go/ how do you overclock your laptop? Is it good to overclock it or does it mess up performance? Could someone please give me some info about overclocking? Thanks!
