    hi.. I am using HP Presario V6000,, I installed windows XP SP2... but after then... I tried to installed realtec driver... It's installed successfully...but not working... same problem with modem ....

    Try reinstalling the drivers. Also check device manager to see if it gives you any hints. And what exactly do you mean by not working? There's no sound and you can't connect to the internet?
