    Hello,

    Due to a job loss, I had to sell off some items on Craigslist, including my 2-week-old HP G60-445DX laptop, which was originally purchased from Best Buy. The new owner asked if I can contact HP Customer Support in changing the registration information of the computer to his name and to help him in possibly obtaining the free Windows 7 upgrade (he gave me his address and number as well).

    How do I go about this procedure successfully??? Thanks for the help in advance!
