I have a friend who has a pavillion dv6000. The touchpad is not working or responding. she cannot move the cursor around its just locked into place. I asked if she had the owners manual and she said she didnt have one. she said there is an amber light on above the touchpad that wasnt on before. Could this be the touchpad has been disabled?????? any way to enable it? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    barb :)
