    Hey all,

I was talking to HP customer support for literally 2.5 hours about the drivers and software situation.. (I called them because I can't install HP CoolSense on my laptop at all after upgrading to Windows 8).. Also we need better AMD Radeon drivers from HP!

The guy ended up telling me that he tried to find different solutions and contacted a lot of higher level people, but it was a no go..

He did write a ticket about the issue, and he also gave me an e-mail for me to write to about the driver and software crappy support issue! So I thought I would share it to all the people that has an HP laptop that are from 2011 (That aren't officially supported for Windows 8), and to the people who just want to voice their opinion for better drivers (especially the graphics drivers)..

The e-mail that he gave me is this 30.HPfeedback[at]hp.com

Please, do e-mail them and tell them that it's not fair not to support us with "older" models and that we paid a lot of money and we expect to have at least SOME support from HP! And/or e-mail them to have better drivers! Or update the drivers periodically..

    Thanks in advance,
