    Agreed. I had graphic driver issues and they had no clue. I did the only chat support 3 times with 3 different reps. I would FIRST tell them how I completely wiped my hard drive, and have no restore disks because I installed windows in a different language. I told them my graphic card model, laptop model, serial number everything. First they had trouble finding my model because it's new and they don't have it worldwide yet.

    Their first solution : Do a restore. :mad: umm... HARD DRIVE WIPED! NO RESTORE DISKS! NO RESTORE PARTITIONS!!

    They didn't even listen to me, they just follow their on-screen prompts like robots. They have no knowledge. They repeatedly tried to get me to install drivers for the wrong video cards which never worked.

    I finally found the solution on this awesome forum on day 4 of frustration :cool:
