    while the tx1120us is a 12" laptop, its as wide as a 14" non Wide screen laptop, if that bag will fit a 12" wide screen then you should be fine. The battarry will just pus out the padding a bit.

    Btw i've never liked laptop jackets like this since i feel them dont let the laptop run cool. you need to make sure it has vents where the tx has vents
