    I've got a few questions/concerns.

I've had my computer for about a month, and almost everything is perfect with it except for a few issues.

    1. Does anyone have any problems with the sound bar above the keyboard? Mine is unresponsive 9/10 times. Either nothing will happen, or i'll try to lower the volume and it will end up just freaking out and changing rapidly.

    2. Whenever I download anything, whether it be streaming a YouTube video, images on a web page, or just a plain download of a file, even just loading a new page here on this site., the computer turns extremely jerky. Music will slow down/skip, and the mouse will become pretty studdery.

I'm still under warranty, I've got a 1 year, but I need my computer for school which is coming up soon. Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve sending my laptop in?

For 1, it's a heat issue it seems. when it heats up that's what happens. Try touching the stop button, it fixes it apparently.
