    Can anyone gimme a hp laptop model that uses Nvidia GeForce 8600M-GT GDDR3 or Nvidia GeForce 8600M in general??

    The dv9700 series has the 8600GS, but check out the 8710p, 8510p, 8730, and 8530 models from HP business as they all have good GPUs too.

    i wanna buy a laptop with the 8600M Series GPU...and how much is the DV9700 Series approximately??? any other laptops???

    What about a DV5t with a Nvidia Geforce 9600GT which is better than a 8600GT DDR3. Also the 8600GT DDR3 is one of the defective Nvidia cards.

    Here in uganda....they sell the Hp DV 6700 with 8400M GS.....which i am not happy with...so now i will have to look for a dv9700t....and they dont sell HPdv5T here...my parents wanna buy it when they have seen it..

    your best bet would be to wait for the dv5t, as stated above. As an alternative you could look at the Dell line, as Dell has laptops with 8600m GT.
