The notebook is quite big, have this in mind if you intend to carry it around.
The CPU gives you processing power and in heavy working with the above stated programs you will need a good CPU. Core 2 Duo is the best choice right now but what you've selected is the slowest possible option. I would go for at least 1.8ghz, dual core, 64 bit CPU.
The RAM provides your CPU with the information to be processed. The faster the RAM, the more you will utilize your CPU speed. Currently, 667mhz, 2gb RAM is the best choice for you.
The hard disk is 200gb which would be useful if you work with heavy, large files. Yet, it is 5400 rpm, which will give you average performance. The faster 7200 rpm dirves will be better if you need speed in saving and loading large files. The HDD can easily be replaced after purchase if you are not happy with its performance.

You may want to consider an alternative model: http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=3217. The business line will give you longer warranty and better build quality
