Please let me know if I'm correct - it seems like the only 15.6" laptop HP offers with a 1920x1080 resolution is the Envy 15, true?

In the consumer HP line that is correct.

Business line I think has HD+ screens, not sure about full HD, is that fabled dreamcolor screen full HD? I'm not sure.

Definitely not true. In the business line there is the 8540w at the very least. There may be others

ok, thanks for that info - yes, the 8540w does do both HD+ and FHD.

My concern with that is I was looking for something with an HD screen that uses the built-in i core Intel graphics for better battery life. I will not be playing games, running CAD or anything else that would require an ATI and Nvidia card, and definitely not a FirePro or Quadro.

So I guess the question I should have asked in the first place is: are there any HP 15.6" laptops, home or SMB, that use the Intel graphics with an HD+ or FHD screen? Now that I think of it, even the Envy 15 doesn't have what I want as it doesn't use the Intel graphics.

Sorry for the confusion, should have thought it out more before posting.

If only the dv6t Special Edition with the switchable graphics had a higher res, sigh...it would be perfect for me.
