How can i tell which GPU is being used while running a certain application whether it be a browser or a game or a benchmark without having to right click on the desktop and configuring it for each application? Is there a way to tell while still in the application that im curioius about?

And I also am curious about the same thing but for the CPU, like a how many cores are active and at what clock speed they are running.

    Thanks a ton in advacne!
