    How long does it usually take for a dv8000t to arrive at my house when I customize it from Costco? I just want to get a general idea because I'm planning my vacation soon and i don't want to go all summer without a laptop lol. Any advice or personal experience would be much appreciated.

    I live in Portland Oregon and Im on the tenth day. It was supposed to arrive today but it hasn't. It will probraly arrive either tomarrow or the next day. The laptops are assembled in Shanghai, then they ship it over to Alaska. So they usually arrive within 10-13 days including weekends from what I hear from other people. Shop at COSTCO! Can't beat that six-month

    lol yea costco is great especially when we heard about the keyboard problem for the dv8000 series. Just in case, we can always return it if it does present itself as a problem. Also i live in california so i guess it would arrive soon. I'm on the 7th day, any other personal experience?

    Hey, I just wanted to let everyone know that I also ordered from costco and mine arrived yesterday which made it 9 days. dv2000z, and i love it. I live in AZ. *side note* my brother ordered the same day and he got his yesterday from hp too so one company doesn't ship faster than the other.

    also, if anyone could help i would really appreciate it, i want to upgrade to the 2gb of ram, i have no idea how to do that, could someone help me or should I just find someone who knows what to do? thanks if anyone helps.
