I'm selling my laptop, so I want to re-install Windows Vista (I am currently using Windows 7) for the next person and I want it for their archiving purposes. The problem is, the last time I sent it in for warranty, the windows product key sticker wasn't moved to my new laptop. What do I do? Called HP. Talked to 3 people. No help.
