Do you live close to a border crossing? In which province?

Or you put in your cousins address, since he lives in the US and A.

If you live close to the border, or willing to travel, I know there are some places in the US where you can have your order shipped to and you pick it up yourself. My friend has used a service like this near the BC border.

If you are close enough to a border crossing, you could possibly purchase a suite number. This is not a PO box but a physical address. You would then dedicate a credit card to this address. Your statemet would go there along with your new notebook as well as what ever else you would like to purchase. Canadian dollar is very strong. Customs will still be looking for the HST, unless you can shove it up your ...!

you can bill and ship to yourself, and then just drive it over or something if your cousin lives near you. or, you can have it shipped to your house (and billed) and then you can ship it out to him once you get it.

the OP wants to buy a laptop from Canada for a cousin in USA. the shipping address is going to be USA, but for that to happen, the billing address has to be in USA as well... but he wants to pay the laptop (meaning the billing address SHOULD be Canadian instead).

what hes asking is, how can he ship to the USA and have them bill Canada.

    am i correct?

In the past when I have wanted to ship something to an address other than the billing address, I just called up the credit card company and added the new address to the account file, and that seemed to work. However this wasn't for anything across state line, let alone country border, so this may not work for you, but just a thought.
