In XP, I had the Startup folder pinned to the Start Menu, so I could just drag and drop the programs (shortcuts) I needed to start with Windows. I don't know how to do it in Vista. The Startup folder shows up in the Programs list, but if I drag the folder to the Start Menu, the location of the folder changes, and the programs don't start with Windows.

    How can I do that?

It's the same, you can drag and drop or open the startup folder itself and put apps in there.
