The fan on my HP G6 starts screaming once the temperature hits 50 degrees and it doesn't die down it until reaches around 40 degrees. It's really annoying because of all the noise it makes. I found something about HP CoolSense on google, but it doesn't exist on my laptop. Any help here?

You can try to install CoolSense 2.0, since 2.1 doesn't have 3 control options anymore. For me that didn't work, as I already had installed HP Support Assistant which included CoolSense program.

I have HP Support Assistant, but I can't find CoolSense anywhere. How do I install CoolSense 2.0?
