    I just got a HP Pavilion dv9700 Notebook PC but it was refurbished and no instructions. How do I turn on the net cam?

    If not, get your Product # from the label under your system and enter it in the field on this URL: HP 24/7 Customer Care Online Service

    Your Product # will take you directly to the Support Page for your system configuration. Click on Solve a Problem, then find the link for the Webcam.
