Its kinda weird question because I know everyone has his own likes/dislikes. But I haven't noticed a lot of people discussing dv3t on the forum, so seems like there are relatively few people who are using this notebook. I am going to order this one for a friend. We like dv4t also, but since She is gonna carry it to school, so weight and size wise it is an alluring choice. I like the option of backlit keyboard too. I have a dv6700t and this one gets so hot sometimes I have to shut it down to let it cool. Considering how small dv3t is, I am afraid it would have even worse heating issues. Can someone who knows more abt this notebook share if there are any known issues with dv3t model? Is there any reason we should consider dv4t instead??

I have the dv3t and i love it. nice compact powerhouse. Look at the dv3t owner's thread lol. But from my own experience and only get the 105m if you plan on gaming because the intel chip handles hd videos just fine and also supposedly runs cooler and quieter. The backlit keyboard is definitely awesome. i don't know too much about the other HP models so i cant give a comparison but my friend had a dv4t and it got pretty hot...unless that was dv4z. can't remember xD
How good is dv3t? Any issues?
