It was my first time ordering a customized laptop online with HP on Thursday, Aug 22nd and I was wondering how their service has been lately. Is their estimated ship date pretty accurate? How has anyone's experience been with HP? My estimated ship date is Sept 2nd and is currently "In Production." Needless to say I'm anxious to get my laptop. I ordered the HP Envy 14t.![]()

Mine has shipped last Friday and FedEx has not updated since then. Delivery is supposed to be this Friday. I'm a little frustrated about it. It has updated 6 times but they all say "in local FedEx facility" in Shanghai. The wait sucks.

Horrible. I had to send my computer in for repair and it took them over a month to return it, and the whole time Fedex updated nothing and I heard nothing until I called and asked what the status was.

I'm wondering if it is because it was Labor Day weekend for why it hasn't updated. But you'd think it will today. I'm losing hope that it will be delivered the day they said it would.

Mine looks worse than that. I got the infamous "Package received after FedEx cutoff". If its any comfort, when I ordered my iPad 3 on day-one it showed that it never left China for several days then all of the sudden it was at my local station and delivered the next day.

Well it's moving now. It finally left China this morning. I think it's on flight FDX 28 and so should be in the states this afternoon.
