I made an exchange of my DV6500t for another DV6500t on 09/12/2007. The laptop i exchanged for was 220 dollars cheaper due to a coupon code i entered. I did it over the phone by the way. So HP is suppose to refund me the difference. To this day, i still have not recieved the refund. I called them 3 times already, and, everytime, there answer was the fund has been released, and they asked me to wait two more weeks. I check my account and the money is still not deposited.

So how long does it take for HP to refund your money.

I don't understand. Did you send the original notebook back to get a new notebook because of a credit difference? Or did you just ask for the difference to be credited back to your account?
